Libya ceasefire: State Council rejects any dialogue with Marshal Haftar in search of peace

Tripoli, Libya, August 23 (Infosplusgabon) - The High State Council in Libya has welcomed the announcement of an immediate ceasefire in the country by the Presidential Council Chairman, Fayez al-Sarraj, and Parliament Speaker, Aguila Salah, but asserted its rejection of any form of dialogue with Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
