2017 FIFA U-17 WC: Guinea, Niger in action Friday in final Groups C, D matches

Kochi, India, October 12 (Infosplmusgabon) - Africa's two other representatives at the 2017 FIFA U-17 WC - Guinea and Niger - are in action on Friday as Groups C and D matches take place to determine who get to the Round of 16.

Guinea will play Germany in Group C which will also see high flying Iran take on Costa Rica.

Iran lead the Group on 6 points from 2 matches, Germany are second with 3 while Costa Rica and Guinea follow in that order with 1 point each.

In Group D, Niger will play Brazil while Spain and DPRK clash in the other match.

Brazil lead the Group with 6 points, followed by Spain with 3. Niger also have 3 but lie third while DPRK have 0.

Ghana and Mali on Thursday went through to the Round of 16 after the final Groups A and B matches respectively.

Ghana topped Group A while Mali was second to Paraguay in Group B.
