CAF Conf. Cup: TP Mazembe beat SuperSport United 2-1 in first leg final

Lubumbashi, DR Congo, November 19  (Infosplusgabon) - TP Mazembe of DR Congo on Sunday beat SuperSport United of South Africa 2-1 in the first-leg 2017 CAF Confederation Cup final match played at the Stade Frederic Maliba in Lubumbashi.

Adama Traore gave TP Mazembe the lead in the 19th minute but Sipho Mbula equalised for the South African club in the 28th minute.

Daniel Nii Adjei scored the winner for TP Mazembe in the 67th minute.

The second-leg final match of Africa's second-tier club competition will be played on 25 November in South Africa.
