Kigali, Rwanda, November 16 (Infosplusgabon) - Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid on Thursday started a two-day official visit to Rwanda on the second leg of a two-nation Africa tour that she started in Ethiopia.
Besides meeting with Rwandan President Paul Kagame, the Estonian president will hold talks with with various Rwandan officials on strengthening policy dialogue and economic cooperation between the two countries.
Rwanda and Estonia are set to announce a new partnership to boost information and communication technologies at different levels.
In 2013, the Rwandan government embarked on development of a comprehensive e-government master plan aiming to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of government-to-government (G2G), government-to-citizen (G2C) as well as government-to-business (G2B) processes in the country.
