2018 FIFA WC Qualifier: Uganda hold Congo 1-1 in final Group E match

Brazzaville, Congo, November 12 (Infosplusgabon) - Uganda held Congo to a 1-1 draw in the final Group E match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying match played at New Kintele Stadium, Brazzaville, on Sunday.

The two goals were scored in just one minute, with Mavin Baudry putting Congo ahead in the 10th minute but Milton Karisa equalising one minute later.

The result does not have any effect on who qualifies for Russia 2018 as Egypt have already picked the ticket.

Ghana and Egypt are currently playing their final match in Cape Coast, Ghana.

Egypt, meanwhile, have 13 points, Uganda 10, Ghana 7 and Congo 3.
