Navi Mumbai, India, October 25 (Infosplusgabon) - Spain on Wednesday reached the final of the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup in India when they beat African champions Mali in their semi-final match played at the Dr. DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai.
Spain's captain Abel Ruiz scored a brace, finding the net in the 19th minute from the penalty spot and 43rd minute when he picked a perfect pass and slotted it home.
Ferran Torres made it 3-0 for Spain in the 71st minute before Lassana Ndiaye reduced the defict for Mali three minutes later to make it 3-1.
Spain will meet England, who also beat Brazil 3-1 in the first semi-final match, in the final on Saturday.
Mali and Brazil will play for the third place in the first match for the day.
