Rwanda: Former Rwandan FM Amri Sued Ismael dies

KIGALI, Rwanda, October 6 (Infosplusgabon) -  Former Rwandan Foreign Minister Amri Sued Ismael is dead, family sources confirmed late on Thursday to  Infosplusgabon in Kigali.

Mr Sued was also director of Rwanda's Office of Information and Radio in the late 70s.

Fluent in Arabic, French, English and Kiswahili, Sued was in charge of negotiations during the Lusaka Ceasefire Agreement to end the second DR Congo war (1998-2003).
