Cote d'Ivoire 0-1 Benin

Meanwhile, Group 1 has Ghana leading with 3 points, ahead of second-placed Nigeria (1 point), third-placed Mali (also 1 point) and bottom-of-the-table Guinea (0 point).

In Group 2, Niger is on top with 3 points, Benin is also on 3 points but is second for inferior number of goals. Senegal and Cote d'Ivoire are third and fourth, both without any point yet.
