Coronavirus: Burkina Faso records 79 new cases

Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, December 3 (Infosplusgabon) - Burkina Faso Wednesday recorded 79 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), taking to 3,010 the number of people infected since 9 March, the Government Information Service (SIG) said.

The country also recorded 23 new recoveries, sending the overall number of recoveries to 2,667 but no deaths, thus keeping the total number of death at 68, with 275 patients under medical treatment.

The number of confirmed cases since 9 March 2020 stands at 3,010, including 1,032 women and 1,978 men.
