Coronavirus: Morocco records 1,191 new cases

Rabat, Morocco, September 2 (Infosplusgabon) - Morocco has recorded 1,191 new cases of coronavirus infections during the last 24 hours bringing the total number to 63,781.

The Coordinator of the National Centre for Emergency Public Health Operations at the Ministry of Health, Mouad Mrabet, said there were 1,327 recoveries in the past 24 hours bringing the total number to 48,922.

There were also 43 deaths during the period sending the death toll to 1,184.

The number of critically ill patients is 198 who are in intensive care, he added.
