Coronavirus: 316 infections recorded in Libya

Tripoli, Libya, August 23 (Infosplusgabon) - Libya has etected 316 new cases of coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours, the National Centre for Disease Control announced, indicating that the figure brings the total number of confirmed Covid-19 infections in the country to 10,437.

In its daily bulletin published Saturday evening, the Centre said that the 316 infections were made up of 187 new cases and 129 cases of contact with previous patients.

Of the 10,437 cases of infection, 9,164 are active, 1,085 cured and 188 died.
