Tunis, Tunisia, June 21 (Infosplusgabon) – The Tunisian Forum for Economic and Social Rights on Saturday called on the Tunisian authorities to suspend all forms of cooperation with European countries who do not respect human rights.

The rights advocate made appeal in a communiqué following videos posted on social media networks showing an Italian policeman forcing a Tunisian emigrate to attack his compatriot at a migrant reception centre in Acrijantine.

This incident follows a series of violations of the rights of illegal migrants in Europe and strengthens the reality of the hatred of foreigners, the Forum said, adding that the gravity of such practice is that they occur in organisations whose mission is to protect migrants.

The Tunisian human rights NGO reaffirmed its collaboration with its partners of the Italian civil society for the establishment of migration policies respecting human rights in the two countries and preserving the dignity of migrants.
