Coronavirus: Ghana records 262 new cases with total at 11,118

Accra, Ghana, June 13 (Infosplusgabon) - Ghana has recorded 262 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total to 11,118, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) announced here Saturday.

It said on its website that the number of people who had recovered was now 3,979 while the death toll remained at 48.

The GHS said the number of active cases was 7,091, most of whom were asymptomatic.

It said 24 people were currently in severe and critical conditions in various health facilities in Accra and Kumasi, with four of them on ventilators.
