COVID-19: Nine cases of coronavirus registered in Burkina Faso

Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, May 25 (Infosplusgabon) - Nine cases of coronavirus disease were registered on Monday in Burkina Faso, bringing the total number of people infected since 9 March to 841, the government information service (SIG) announced.

Out of 185 samples tested, 9 cases with two of them imported cases and seven from community transmission in Ouagadougou, were recorded.

The SIG reported 7 recoveries, bringing the total number of cured persons to 690. There was no death.

In addition, 99 cases are under treatment.
