Coronavirus: Mali records 16 new cases

Bamako, Mali, May 22 (Infosplusgabon) - Mali recorded 16 new cases of coronavirus on Thursday out of 138 samples tested by the health services bringing the total number of positive cases to 947.

Nine cases were detected in Bamako, two each in Kayes, Ségou and Timbuktu and one in Gao.

Five deaths were recorded on Thursday bringing the death toll to 60 while 16 patients have recovered to bring that total to 558.
