Coronavirus: Ghana's positive cases increase by 178 to 6,096

Accra, Ghana, May 20  (Infosplusgabon) - Ghana’s COVID-19 (coronavirus) cases have risen to 6,096, following the confirmation of 178 new cases, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) said on Tuesday night.

It said in its update that 19 more patients have recovered, bringing the number to 1,773.

The number of deaths remains at 31.

The update indicated that there had been an increase in the number of cases in four regions - Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western and Central Regions.

Greater Accra Region has  4,536 cases, Ashanti Region has 888 and Central Region has 256.
