Coronavirus: 2,390 Tunisian companies affected by the pandemic

Tunis, Tunisia, May 16  (Infosplusgabon) - The Tunisian Minister of Finance, Mohamed Nizar Yaîch, revealed on Friday that 2,390 Tunisian businesses have been affected by the consequences of the new coronavirus (Covid-19).

He clarified that his department has set up a team specializing in taxation, financing, information and programming to process the files electronically and to accelerate the pace of responses to requests made by these companies.

Several files will be dealt with next week, he added.

The Minister indicated that during the general sanitary confinement,   specialized committees held 92 meetings after which a budget of 200 million Tunisian dinars was approved, 174 million of which were released.
