Bamako, Mali, May 9 (Infosplusgabon) - Thirty-two non-commissioned officers (NCOs) trainees from Mali, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Guinea-Conakry, Madagascar, Niger, Central African Republic, Senegal, and Togo, on Friday graduated from the Military Administration School of Mali.
According to local media, the trainees of the 24th class of the school, on Friday received their "first-degree technical certificates (CT1)" at Koulikoro, about 60 km from Bamako, PANA learned from military sources.
The training lasted 16 weeks and they were tained in accounting, financial, and treasury techniques.
"This high-quality training enables the trainees to serve with dignity and honor in a complex and varied joint military environment, in times of peace as well as in times of crisis," said the Director of the School, Col. Cheick Hamalla Diarra, during the graduation ceremony.
According to the sources, Bachir Gambo of Niger emerged the best student with an average of 18.51/20 points.
The Military School was set up under the Franco-Malian cooperation. It trains officers and non-commissioned officers from many countries in administration and related courses based on the French system of education.
