COVID-19: Senegal records 11th death from coronavirus, 58 new patients

Dakar, Senegal, May 5  (Infosplusgabon) - Senegal on Tuesday recorded its 11th death from coronavirus and 58 newly confirmed cases of the disease,  bringing to 1,329 the number of people tested positive for Covid-19 in the country, the Ministry of Health and Social Action announced.

In addition, 55 persons tested negative and were discharged, according to the ministry, which also reported five serious cases under  intensive care at the Fann University Hospital and Hôpital Principal in Dakar.
