Senegal registers 67 cases of coronavirus on Sunday

Dakar, Senegal, May 3 (Infosplusgabon) - Senegal recorded 67 newly confirmed cases of coronavirus on  Sunday, the Ministry of Health and Social Action announced at its daily press briefing.

These include 62 cases of follow-up contacts and five cases from community transmission.

On the other hand, four patients were declared cured.

Since the beginning of the pandemic on March 2, Senegal has registered 1,182 positive cases, 372 cured patients, 9 deaths, one evacuated patients and 800 still under treatment, including four in intensive care.
